In 1910, Frank and Mary Vine opened a small meat market in the heart of Centreville, Mississippi, bringing quality cuts and exceptional service to their community. Nearly seven decades later, in 1977, their legacy continued when Don Vine expanded the market to include a traditional smokehouse. His handcrafted smoked sausage quickly became a local favorite, earning a reputation for rich flavor and time-honored craftsmanship.
